Weird question.. Dr said light cramps are ok. Which I have not had a all... I just sneezed hard and cramped so hard I teared up for a second. What the hell was that about!

I think I'm experiencing Braxton hicks contractions for the first time. I'm not sure but it feels like mild period cramps and when I touch my belly it's super hard. It's not hard anymore but I still feel the cramps. Is that what it feels like?

Ok ladies I need a little help. Since I have been cramping a lot lately on and off especially at night. Its hard for me to determine if its real contractions I've been cramping for most part of today but they feel more intense. Are they real contractions or just cramping its getting confusing.
Round ligament pain! It's soooo awful. If you know you're about to sneeze ball/hold your lower tummy. It's helped me a good bit.
