I had a total of 7 hours of labor lol

I was in active labor for 5 and a half hours before my water broke. Went in at midnight, walked the parking lot to help contractions until my midwife got to the birth center, about evert 2-3 minutes apart, when my water broke the contractions had already started making me cry. Baby was out at 7:10 about 1 hour and 40 minutes after water was broke

@mami1234, okay but how long were your contractions like all day ,24hr?? Someone's contractions was 24hrs then there water broke

Sometimes your water doesn't break on it's own. I was at the hospital when my contractions were 2 min apart and they had to break my water
