I keep forgetting to share this random tip, I get PUPPP anytime pregnant, it's a chronic rash that is soooooooooooooooo itchy and irritating - what I use to soothe the itching is VICKS vapor rub, they have some natural kind made by the honest company as well. But it works better than any other lotions or coconut oil etc that I've tried - and it's not only for puppp I use it on my kids if they get mosquito bites too, basically anything itchy, this helps. I personally think Vicks works better
