When do you take a baby into the ER for a fever? Just wondering my son is at 100.6 right now just got shots today and have been getting Tylenol every 4 hours

So maybe just wait it out unless it's like above 102 since ur pretty sure of the cause

That's barely a fever. I'd just keep doing the Tylenol, they can't do much since it's from the shots.

A little fever isn't a bad thing. Continue with tylenol and if the temp rises to 103+ then go to doctors.
