Okay Momma's, I took my daughter to her doctor today because she was running a fever of 100.4 and her doctor told me to keep giving her Zyrtec every morning for her nose and she looked in her mouth and she has 3 teeth coming in and they swabbed her nose. They told me to give her Advil and Tylenol to switch it up. Okay, well I been doing what I am supposed to do. Tonight my daughters fever was 103.0 , I gave her some Tylenol and I'm going to wait to see if it goes down when she wakes up however Im wanting to take her to the doctor but I want to see if this helps and my parents and husband wants me to wait. I'm too over protective but I have to be because it's my only child 👶 please pray for my daughter!!

Take her to the er. That's a high fever and probably means something else is wrong.

You are able to give a dose of ibuprofin and Tylenol at once to break the fever then alternate between them. It's was I was always told to do when their fever is that high. The highest my son had was 104.6 when he was 2.

That's a high fever, go with your motherly instincts. if you think you need to take her to the dr, take her!

@@meganreid121915 give her a cool bath for 20 min or so and lightly dressed maybe in a diaper and onesie...fevers are always higher at night even in adults when the body is trying to rest...don't use a blanket it traps in the fever a nurse told me this ;)
