Hey mamas!
I have a 7 month old baby girl whom isn't on any sleep schedule... any advice on how to introduce it? I am a working mother of two newly separated and trying to figure it out.
The 6 year old, no naps...make sure she is up at the same time and in bed at the same time every day. No excuses. I use time time out chair that is facing the corner if they do not mind. As far as your baby... I have no idea. My lil man is 5 months and hes killing me. He doesnt want to sleep at all.
Start a night time routine. Like, around 830 we usually have solids, bath if its bath day, i give a baby massage, comb her hair, we eat solids, nurse while i play rain storms sounds and we lay down..
try keeping her up during the day, or keep her entertained with toys or taking her out (of course she will need naps) but after a certain amount of time keep her awake again for a while & then another nap but wake her up don't let her sleep to much
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!
2dpo and on the tww journey. Anyone on the same dpo or close? Haven't decided if I will test at 12dpo or just wait and see if she shows up!!

I will be 41 :/
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
That's how my baby is. If I move she wakes up or naps for about 10-15 mins. It's a struggle. She will sleep long if I am sleeping with her
