Has anyone used nicotine patch duribg pregnancy or does anyone know if its ok to use my obgyn sent some for me to pharmacy but i just want to be sure its ok google doesnt have a definite answer so if anyone has used this during pregnancy plz share your experience...plzzz n ty 🚫🚬

My OB says replacement are actually worse then smoking bc you don't know exactly how much nicotine the patch is dispersing into your body.

I was going to use my vapor to quit smoking but I read online it's not just cigarettes that are bad, it's nicotine. But if your obgyn is prescribing you some, I don't see why it wouldn't be helpful
