Been on bed rest for the last two weeks and I felt like I was loosing my mind. Now I'm sitting in my dr office praying she clears me to get back to work, I doubt it though cause I'm still contracting... ugh!!!! 😔

My dr told me that there is a new study that says bed rest actually does nothing we will see if that starts to become more drs opinions
