I feel dumb because I can't tell if I'm having contractions or not 😩😩 Like it hurts and they last about 45 seconds and it's this sharp pain where I would feel period cramps. But sometimes it makes me feel like I have to go to the bathroom (not pee) but I know I don't have to go. This is the part that freaks me out. I do not want to have my baby at home! I've already lost my mucus plug and I'm already dilated to 2 cm as of yesterday. I wish I could explain better how it feels but idk how.

Call your hostpital and exsplain to them and theyll tell you what to do hun sounds like your in labor to me

I say go to er because my pains went and came with my daighter i dodnt think ot was real contractions. Got to the hospital i was 5cm

They say if you take a warm shower it will either speed it up or calm it down. To me it sounds like contractions.If you have more than 6 in an hour you should go in.

Oh man I already took a shower this morning 😩lol I just called my doctors office, they're going to call me back and let me know what to do.
