Really @custom_cutie, that's awesome 😀 hope u have a much bigger space pumpkins and cantaloupe take a lot of room and it's not season here for pumpkin. How do u keep the animals at bay? The little box is so cute😀 🌱

@txyogagirl, yea the space for the pumpkins are way bigger. I started the pumpkins inside then transferred them outside. I haven't had any problems with bugs yet... I bought this box on clearance last winter at the Christmas tree shops.. I thought I wanted something small...lol

@txyogagirl, I saw your black berries I just started growing some... your black berries look great! Oh lol no I don't have wild animal bothering the plants... my subdivision is pretty new so we barely have trees for birds... I grew honey dew melons last year and they were great! I'm kind of new to gardening. I gotten some help from my neighbors and Home Depot... I started planting because we eat ALOT of fruits and vegetables. Yes I definitely will keep in touch. Oh I forgot that I do have a lemon tree growing and a peach tree. They are both still tiny and I'm still in shock that they are growing☺️

@custom_cutie, thank u I have had them several years. That's awesome well I'm new to some things as well I grew up on a cattle farm but both my grandparents are gone now and I live in the city also in a subdivision like u. We hope to move back to the country someday. I never was interested in learning as a kid now I wish I would have asked 1,000 question when I had my grandpa around to teach me. Lemons that's awesome they won't grow here our climate is not good for lemons. Pear & plum trees grow good here but I don't have room for either🙄

@txyogagirl, oh wow lucky you! That must have been nice growing up in the country. I grew up in NJ and I'm trying to get use to this country life... the fruits and vegetables from NC just aren't as good as the fruits and vegetables in NJ that's another reason I started gardening. I want to grow Concord grapes so bad they are my favorite... im just waiting to see the plants in store

@txyogagirl, I grew up north of there..right next to the beach... everyone I knew had a small garden in their back yards. My daughter is growing the cabbage for a contest in school. She's so excited. My kids love it. I'm trying to teach them to grow their own foods that way they will eat it lol

@txyogagirl, you weren't missing anything in Atlantic City. It looks like a ghost town now smh. I just recently moved back to NC from NJ and I was living 30 minutes from Atlantic City. Awwww he's 7m☺️. I hope my son does gardening too!
