Currently 31 weeks. Having a lot of breast pains. They feel like rocks & yet still no leaking or colostrum coming in. What can I do other than putting a warm towel on them?

I've tried that and there's like barely nothing coming out. That's why I'm so confused 😩with my son once I got in the shower i would just leak. So I didn't have much pain till he was born. I'm just worried & over dramatic lol I guess. But thank you hun 💜 @cubanese,
