Well my beautiful iPhone 7 is gone... r.i.p. The pos came home and I told him he can't come and go as he pleases so a huge fight broke out, he spit in my face and punched holes in walls, threw a piece of 2x4 the wall I was standing by, so I called the cops. Now one of my daughters think it was wrong of me to do so... well I'm waiting on them to arrive. He thinks he will get away with this. Am I wrong but if he threw a 2x4 at the wall I was standing I'm front of isn't that a form of abuse or him taking my phone and slamming it to the ground while I call the police.... isn't that a form of abuse?

@twinpeanut, @kydensmommy, thanks ladies I figured, but I'm worried because the second time he spit in my face I threw a plastic plate, some car keys, and a remote at him... so I guess he plans on pressing charges on me.

Spitting in your face is considered assault and using a 2X4 is assault with a weapon just cause he hit the wall right beside you doesn't mean he wasn't aiming at you

No it's not crazy it's part of the grieving process. I was a DV victim from my ex husband and at first I was sad, then mad and then finally at peace and now I look back and leaving was best decision I ever made in my life
