Was in the bathroom struggling for an hour... I am tramatized at what happened. I have been 3 days without pooping. Lets say I finally pooped and it looked like I gave birth to a full grown chihuahua. It felt like I did too. Does that count as a birth class? I am in pain, covered in sweat and my blood pressure dropped a bit I am sure. Fiber and water . I GET BOTH! Why cant I poop normal? 😭😭😭

I eat bran flakes, prunes give me heartburt and I honestly love them a lot. I have to be careful what I eat. I also get painful gas and I have bad teeth on top of it.
Colace or fiber. Or you could do dried prunes, theyre delicious. I eat raisin bran once during the week with flaxseed. Im 25 weeks with #2 everyday

every time I have a contraction I feel like I have to poop or pee. Sometimes both 😩 is this Normal ??

This might be TMI but I am always constipated:( so today I woke up and pooped. For me that's like an accomplishment. Woot woot
girls I am close to give birth I am 39 weeks and my due date is on 7th December. So I am planning on having epidural for pain relief. But I would like to hear ur comments on Epidural from the girls that already been through it. 😊xx
@dreamermom i take rolaids everyday and they have magnesium. I dont think thats it but its good you put that out there. I am sure a lot of people dont think about it.
