Okay, so I'm craving for a Dr.Pepper for dayyyysssss Now. I know Caffeine is bad for you but, can I drink one at least once in a blue? 🤔

Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Things I never thought I'd say... Until I became a mom:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

I was drinking soda everyday .. and me and baby was fine .. I eventually just stopped buying it when going food shopping .. so now it's a few times a week !

@martinezgonzalezjohanna, it's not bad for the baby my sister was drinking sodas all throughout her pregnancies with my nephews and they were fine. I just think they don't want you intaking it to much cause caffeine can become a addiction for the babies and cause over weight babies and diabetes during pregnancy. Or at least that what my doctor told me lol

I know. Soda even for breakfast lol😅 In the regular I'm bad w| water and now prego worse it makes me 🤢 right away but, still drink some. Thing is I cut the soda when I found out I was expecting thinking caffeine is bad. My alternative was ginger ale but, I can't 🤢 so I'm choosing a Dr. Pepper @victoriahernandez118,

I drink drinks everyday but I make sure to balance it out with bottles of water too. I mean I'll never be able to give up a good soda lol. I'm so bad at it.

I used to drink ginger ale with my first one try it back now and can't take down (don't know why) 😷 @billisham16, I really like the Dr. Pepper flavor 👌🏾

lol I get the same way about Pepsi n I never used to drink it before.. it's totally fine and also a tip ginger ale has no caffeine

You can have around 200mg's of caffeine a day.. I think a 12oz can of Dr.Pepper has about 50 mg's... so you can have one when you feel like it!

Is it? Well shoot i had many throughout all 3 pregnancies. All of my babies were healthy. Honestly everyone i know that drank soda during pregnancy had no issues and all healthy babies..

I got really bad headaches when I was pregnant and my doctor recommended caffeine! I probably drank a coke a day lol you enjoy your drink
