Is anyone else super paranoid about having a miscarriage? This is my first pregnancy and I'm 11 weeks. My husband and I tried for a long time to get pregnant and finally did by surprise. But I've had a couple bleeding episodes already. I'm high risk too. I know the first trimester is almost over which is where most of the miscarriage risk is at, but I can't shake off this feeling that I'm destined to lose the baby. I have a friend who told me one of her other friends just lost her baby at 13 weeks. Went in for a routine ultrasound and the heartbeat was gone. My doctor said my risk of losing the baby now is like 1% but I'm still super paranoid. What did you mommas do to calm down and get through this paranoia?
