Im 20 years old and I have Medi-Cal. Im covered by my mom because she claims me. Do I need her to call Medi-Cal her self and tell them she wants to take me off even though I'm over 18?

For me, she had to contact her HR and cut me off so medí-cal could/would accept both my son and I. When you switch make sure that you don't end up with any gaps on coverage too, you can always call back and push for retro activating your date , it takes a couple people to authorize it but it works..

@blessed_mommy6 i cant afford to buy any insurance. I dont work so the insurance I have state pays for
