Does anyone go to the gym while on their period?
I do sometimes but usually the first day or two I skip because I am miserable, hungry, and more hungry lol
Yup! I wear tight underwear or shorts under my workout pants to keep my pad in place tho, or I'll wear a tampon. And you can basically do any workout. What helps my cramps is a lot of squats.
@oliviasilva48, i go about 5 times a week I usually do upper body when I'm on my period and I always do some sort of cardio and core. I try to avoid leg day exercises when I'm on my period but when I do do them machine work mostly so seated leg extensions and seated leg curls.
