So my son is a week away from being one!!! My goal was to breastfeed until he was one year old. I'm a week away and now I'm honestly getting sad. I was thinking about nursing him until 1 1/2. But id only nurse him at bedtime to help soothe him and get to sleep. During the day id pump and store and build up my stash that I lost in the fire. Then after 1 1/2 I'd stop nursing completely and still have milk for him to have after. Have any other mom's done something like this? Or something similar?

I'll have to try that with the morning, naps and bedtime. I'm hoping the weaning process isn't too hard on him. Whenever he's upset or crying he always gravitates towards the boob. @kayla187
I nursed until my daughter was a little over 18 months. We did it in the morning, naptime and at bedtime. Didn't pump for her then. I'm nursing my 6 month old now & pump & give her milk in a cup now and she loves it.

But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less
Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though
