My son has eczema so badly. Idk how to help it anymore. We do Benadryl every night and soy milk and 16773389 different creams and lotions and essential oils and oatmeal baths and NOTHING helps. It's on both ankles and behind both knees and in the bends of his elbows.
Looks really similar to my daughters issues. The #1 thing that worked for us is some steroid hydrocortisone lotion that her ped prescribed. I know you said you are figuring out insurance but if you can maybe get some called in that would help tremendously!
@raehow .my oldest had something similar as a 2yr old went away within a yr..he had allergies to bahia grass that is only found near the ocean and we lived 40 min away from bch..I switched to all natural soap.toothpaste detergent didn't give him milk but.almond milk and no cheese it helped...*his flare ups were in exact spot as you posted in your back of knees.elbows also can be where clothes rub on them too good luck try an allergy dr.medicaid does cover it ;)
@katlovesj unfortunately we are having to wait on insurance to kick in from my husbands new job. So he hasn't been able to see a doctor since his first birthday, when medicaid kicked him off
