I have a question. Do you ladies get lower back pain and right hip pressure? What helps it feel better? I took an ibuprofen an hour ago its still painful.
Mom's that went natural no meds , was it painful? Or painful PAINFUL ? I got an epidural last time but I wanna go no meds...
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
I do love the way people say you will know when your in labour and having contractions well I will be honest I didn't know and my pains weren't that severe till I was fully dilated I'm sure everyone has different pain levels
I go to bathroom every second and I have round ligament pain all the time
Anything I can put on a burn to relieve the pain?

Ibuprofen is no good Tylenol but if anything ::) trust nothing no medicine is good for your baby

Tylenol is best. Try to stay away from ibuprofen. When I get pain, I have hubby massage the side that hurts and I lay with a pillow between my legs and under my hips.

Your only supposed to take Tylenol based medicines when your pregnant unless told by a doctor it's okay. But I'd suggest a prenatal massage if you have money or even try soaking in Epsom salt.
