How are you putting the drops in? I used to work for an optometrist and we used to kind of trick them into getting the drops in. Let me see if I can explain it.. we would have them lay on the floor and close their eyes, then put the drop in the corner of their eye by their nose. Then we told them to blink really fast and made it into a game, the blinking would cause the drop to get into their eyes and they wouldn't even realize what was happening! Hopefully that makes sense...
