Has anyone taken flintstone complete vitamins instead of their prenatals? My prenatal vitamins make me gag too much and I can't take them. I've tried the softgels & gummies...both make me sick. 😒

Is anyone else having a hard time swallowing their prenatal vitamins? I really like them because they don't make me nauseated but I think the shape it to angular. Who knows. lol

Check with your doctor. My doctor said Dha wasn't necessary until the third trimester (or second... pretty sure it was third. Awful pregnancy brain) but your doctor knows best!!

My midwife suggested those when I couldn't keep my prenatal down.

I'll look into those. As soon as the softgels I have touch my tongue I'm instantly gagging so we will see lol.

I have bought these and they have been working great for me, they are like the gel capsule but taste sweet when they go down. Maybe you can try these, we need the folic acid for the baby and these have a good amount in them.
