Was walking up my stairs when I had a huge pain in my lower back now I'm on the floor and can't move 😫 (don't worry my husband is here with me trying to help)

@laciemarie, My husband been putting icy hot on my back and I been taking painkillers and I'm feeling better now I just can't bend over with out my back hurting
I think so my mom says I must have took a step wrong
My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
