My BM has been drying up and my baby is not even a month old. I exclusively pump and that's all he drinks is BM. I woke up at 4:30 to pump got 5 ½ oz. I pumped at 7:30 & got only 2 ½oz. What can i do please help I feel so disappointed 😭😭
@cubanese thanks I'm doing that paced bottle feeding right. I just see a lot of different type of things to do to increase my milk but nothing has help.
@art.rocks yes I am kind stressing the ladies 2- 3 says that I notice in not pumping as much I usually do.
@myworldaremykids, stress can effect it as well. You're doing great! Keep us posted on the cookies! You got this!
That is actually a pretty good pump session! Middle of night is always going to produce more. Have you tried all the tips and tricks like tons of water, eating enough, fenugreek pills etc etc? I tried so many things but nothing seemed to work. With my second I was able to get her to finally match at 8weeks which helped my supply.
My mom is helping me massage and pump both of my boobs and for 30 minutes between both boobs, we barely got an oz if not less. 😩
I’m so backed up and my boobs are so engorged that is super painful. 😭😭

This is NOT happening !!!!!!! I swear I had given up! But I'm 5 days late and I just got my BFP ???
Definitely love my moringa capsules!! I've pumped no less than 5 oz from each boob since I started taking them!! Definitely recommend these for ladies having bm supply trouble!!
So I pumped 10 oz 5 oz from each breast is that good for having a two month old ???? And then 5 oz together after my morning pump Andy thoughts
ok ladys i need to know how to build up my milk i pump because my son wont latch and i can only get a oz to a oz and a half to come out of each boob some times 2 oz if im lucky i eat good drink plenty of water and pump every hour and my son is drinking 4 to 5 oz every 2 3 hours so can anyone help on how to get more milk
When I was breast feeding it helped that I ate. And I mean ATE. More food I consumed meant more food my body was able to produce for the baby. I pumped every 2 hours as well (even after baby fed). But I dried up naturally after 8 months anyway :/
