Back labor is the most confusing thing EVER

I've not had any contractions or Braxton hicks not once and I'll be 39 weeks Sunday. I have lower back pain that paralyses me sometimes and I can't walk or sit on my bed or the couch and can only sit on my yoga ball. But then again I can trigger the pain if I sit on my bed or lay on my back on my couch or bed

Yeah I've told my ob they go back and forth between back pain and back labor. I'm fine once I sit on my yoga ball. Stripping my membranes didn't work so I go in Monday to set up inducement date for next week @raquely,

If I am having back labor it's so confusing can't time that crap

I had back labor 😕 didnt know it was labor till my water broke. Although i had a feeling.

Sounds like baby may be hitting a nerve or something too though since its a positional pain 😐 keep bouncing and try to relax! The more you expect it the more it doesnt happen 😂

It's all I think about 24/7 lol

I know 😳 try to keep busy! Once I started meal prepping my baby was like "oh you have something to get done now? Nope!"

@courtt my water didnt break with this one until i was 10cm and pushing him out (as they yelled at me to stop pushing lol)
