You can take a bath whenever, just not a bubble bath. That is what can cause an infection.

And I've heard the same thing so I cleaned the tub and showered first to make sure everything was all nice and clean @caseyann19

@juliemartin, I don't see why not but my doctor told me to wait 6 weeks for that as well as the sex of course lol something about infection is easier from where it's not all completely healed yet
