A shit ton of water and Abuelitas Hot Chocolate has doubled my supply. I think it's all about trial and error with your body.

I just saw a lactation consultant because I wanted to make sure my son was gaining healthy weight for a breastfed baby and she said to make sure my milk doesn't slow to take lactation blend three times a day and moringa twice daily. Also pumping after your LO eats even if you get zero out she said it stimulates your body to produce. Also make lactation cookies or drink smoothies with brewers years in it. Hope this helps.

I take mother's milk when I need a boost, I find it to work just fine. You can also try eating oatmeal, or like they mentioned above lactating cookies.

Also if you're completely dried out from the other side I don't think there's a way to start lactating again, if you still have something in there do power pumping, the tea can also help for sure, but also try latching your LO on that side and pump on the other. If that makes sense?
