My little one is 8 months old and already has bad seasonal allergies. Her allergies have been acting up, and along with that it seems she is about get her third tooth causing more congestion. She was recently put on a decongestant to help her breathe better but she has side effects that either cause restlessness or night terror. She sleeps with an air purification or humidifier depending on the climate. I would love to hear other mom suggest on how to help with congestion rather then just having her put on a different medication.

I use a saline nasal spray at night and an over the counter decongestant, one that contains natural ingredients. I think little remedies is one brand but you can find them all together in most stores.

I have tried the little remedies nasal spray which is a hit and miss just do to where she has congestion. The only decongestant I've found locally for me is the zarrbee's cough and mucus which doesn't seem to work for her

Diffusing with dōTERRA breathe essential oil helps my babes SO MUCH at night! I use it for me too! And lavender is a natural antihistamine so if it's really allergies lavender will take care of it 😘

Essential oils are a little spendy but so worth it and one tiny bottle lasts a few months! You only need a few drops at a time
