The last three appointments we've had my blood pressure has been 140/90 and 144/98.. I haven't had protein in my urine, but I have shown other signs of preeclampsia. I'm going in this morning to have my blood pressure checked again, blood work drawn and hopefully checking my cervix. I'm to the point where as much as I don't want to be induced, I almost wish my doctor would just induce me. I read that you can still develop preeclampsia without protein in your urine.. I've never had high blood pressure my whole life, so this is just concerning to me.

My bp is always in the 140/90 unfortunately is not high enough to get induced it's border line iv had blood work 24hr urine samples and everything has came back normal so I'm in the same boat as you 😩

Yeah you are right on the boarder of preeclampsia... I too had it without any proteins in my urine... but I had severe preeclampsia... my BP was always around 117/76 my entire pregnancy, and in 3 days shot up to 165/90... when they sent me to the hospital and told me I was not leaving without a baby I panicked, and my BP shot up to 180/102! With the BP meds they still struggled to keep my BP under 165/90... so I was induced after 2 days, so my baby's lungs had a chance to develop... she was born healthy at 33w2d! I hope you have as good of an experience as I did! It was not the way I wanted my baby to come... but given the circumstances it was still an amazing experience!

Oh goodness that sounds scary! When they checked it today it was back down to 118/62 so I'm not sure where the spike came from. Checked my cervix though and I'm finally dilated 1cm! Sounds like my baby is coming right on time hopefully lol
