Please help? Okay so my baby boy is about to be 6 months on the 3rd and I still swaddle him when he sleeps is that bad should I stop i feel like he never sleeps when he's free but I also don't want him to be behind on learning how to move because I've been reading some post and some baby's his age are like starting to crawl and such and such is the swaddling holding him back PLEASE HELP thanks

I still swaddle my LO and she almost 11 months. But only when she goes to bed at night. Her doctor says it's fine because she moves her arms and legs a lot in her sleep, so much that it wakes her up. She still learned how to do everything just fine😊
I would still talk to the dr to make sure. But I wouldn't think so since he's asleep...can't do much learning when they are asleep
I wouldn't think so. As long as you still do tummy time and let him play without being swaddled.

Please help!! How do I stop swaddling my baby? He rolled over in his swaddle this morning, thank god I checked on him when I did. I had the biggest heart attack. How long did you swaddle? Was it hard to break the habit of them needing to be swaddled to sleep? Do you swaddle during the day or only at night? Please tell me everything about swaddling!!!
Am I wrong to be upset? Last night I was running a fever, weak, tired, sore, my left boob feels like it got used as a punching bag.
