Mommies that have more than one baby...I need opinions...I know I'm about to sounds super selfish…
Mommies that have more than one baby...I need opinions...I know I'm about to sounds super selfish and crazy but my hubby has really been wanting another baby, and the financial part we are fine, and I'm a stay at home mom so I would have the time also, so I'm not really afraid to have another but my question is...is it normal to feel like I won't love my second baby as much? I know that sounds so horrible but I just love our daughter so much that I feel it's impossible to love another as much, has any body else felt this?! Please no mean comments just needing momma to momma advice.

I think when we all got pregnant for the first time we wasn't 💯 % in love with the baby everything starts when we have them on our arms day by day we get to know that litter person until we finally feel so much love I think it will happen the same with that second baby just remember if you have another one treat always your kids the same way they're will have different personalities but they always be part of you guys (Dad and Mom) good luck 👍🏽

I started feeling the same exact way a few months before my son was born. My daughter is my mini me, my everything. I was so nervous and had anxiety over wondering if I'd love my son just as much. I think it's a pretty normal feeling, our first born is well...our first, they're always going to be special. But that doesn't mean we'll love our second, ect child any less just different. That's how I feel anyways. I don't love either of my babies any more or less than the other, just differently. My daughter will always be my mini me and my son gets to be my baby boy; even during the high school years 😂
So Don't feel bad about feeling like that !

Honestly its the other way around for me. Don't get me wrong I love my son hes my first born and will always be my baby boy but when I got pregnant I felt like I wasnt going to love the second baby. But when she ended up coming I fell in love again. Only this time I feel like I'm more strict with my son because of her. Especially when shes nursing. Not sure if its a bonding thing but he tends to bug me alot more when shes eating and I get irritated and he'll cry. I feel bad afterwards so I'll cuddle him. My mil and BD say Im neglecting him and it pisses me off. The day we brought her home my BD told our son mommy doesn't love you anymore. I cried so hard cause thats not true. I love my son sooo much. Both my kids. Its just our newborn needs a little more attention atm.

@andrewsmommy, see I understand completely and that's another thing I don't want to feel like I'm giving one more attention than the other and I know a newborn will need it but I don't want her feeling alone either and I'm sorry that dumbass comment was made to you that's awful.

I always felt that way I would always say I will never have another baby because I just wanted one and I didn't think I would love another child as much as I love him he's 7 years old, and after a few years I felt like I wanted to try again, it was different for me because I had to split my time more to my newborn than my oldest due to him being in the Nicu and I wouldn't have so much time with my oldest like I did before but since the baby came home he understands that sometimes his little brother needs more attention, do I try to include him as much as I can taking his brother a bath being the seat belt monitor making sure he is okay helping me put him to sleep making him a bottle and that way I have time for both and he loves being a big brother and I love them just the same. @proudmomma7,

@famrodriguez5, ahw that's so sweet and makes me wonder if I should wait maybe just a little longer so she could help out and understand what's going on
