My son did when he started having milk. I used the cream from canned coconut milk in eggs and stuff. Silk non dairy yogurts are still his favorite yogurts. He is two now and is able to have some cheese but he drinks almond milk. Use coconut oil instead of butter or olive oil or avocado oil.

You can use almond milk in any recipe that uses milk and there is also vegan cheese I've seen it before at Walmart I'm pretty sure they probably sell it at a whole food store as well don't quote me on that though and Crisco sells a shortening but its flavored like butter. The only reason I know this stuff is because I used to be a vegetarian and I'm lactose intolerant and my step-son can't have milk either. So I use lactose-free milk now but I used to use the almond milk.
