Frankie and I are sharing some homemade banana ice cream (it's just frozen bananas) he loves it, obviously he can only have a tiny bit a time, but he seems to like the feeling on his gums 😉😉and its a yummy healthy treat for the whole family!! Got the thumbs up from my five year old, who hates bananas 🍌

Yup exactly 😊just chop them up, freeze them, than blend them. I'm obsessed lol @ev14,

They dont turn brown when you freeze them? I figured they would! Im gonna have to try this tomorrow :) Do you add any milk or water into it

They didn't, I didn't even think of that. I normally freeze it the night before, and I don't add any liquid, but you can add other fruit, or vanilla, whatever your kids like lol @ev14,

What stage of ripeness is best?? My bananas are yellow but still green at the top....don't wanna try to do it and waste all the bananas lol

Definitely wait until they are completely ripe, not as brown as you would for banana bread, but in between @brynsmommie,
