The commonality among these photos?? Well, I am actually outside and active! We've had zoo passes in the past but I somewhat dreaded going and only because I know I'd get so tired so fast (funny because back then I never equated that feeling to my weight!) This year I went with no apprehension and more with excitement to simply enjoy my day with my family outdoors! I actually thought on and off while we were there about how the prior year I would have been exhausted before lunchtime and in turn a grouchy mom!
Our lives are like tv shows where we can either sit and suffer alone while staying in the exact same moment in our lives or we can get out there and just BE! Are you missing out on precious daily life activities or maybe your trudging through but with exhaustion and regret or guilt?
