I'm so mad. My work is requesting a doctors not explaining why I need to pump while at work!! As anyone had to do this? I've been here 6+ months and my son is 8 months old. And they are just now asking
That's really weird. My company actually has it written in our employee handbook about pumping. They just want you to make sure you do it as one of your 15 minute breaks. Maybe look into the law in your state too, to see if that's even legal to request!

3 month old bleeding monthly
So I have no clue if this is normal or if I should be worried. Of course I am a little worried anyways but my 3 month old baby girl has had pink blood in her diaper atleast one day each month. @kemara, I'm looking into it! Everything I've read says they have to give you a reasonable amount of time to pump and they can't dictate when you need to pump! No where does it say they need a doctors note. They are also calling it a disability.
