When do I use pre seed? During fertility or anytime I try? How many times can I use pre-seed, I think it has 3-4 tubes.

I got some to try for my next fertility window. It comes with 1 tube and like 4-6 applicators . I believe you can use it all the time it does low pH to help help the sperm along. So if you do use it all the time you might be more likely to get an infection. I am only using it during my window and we use other stuff the rest of the time. Hopefully it will work for us this first time we try. We have been trying for 2 months and I just want to help the process along. @a2mar_el_zaman

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
@rebeca, I haven't used it yet. Hoping it'll help us too. Fingers crossed
