Aiden has had a fever since last night! 😭😭 we gave him baby Tylenol last night to help but we just woke up and it's 100.2. What else can I do?

Tylenol every 6 hours and ibuprophen every 6 hours...we had to alternate with my daughter so every three hours she was getting medicine
You could also try giving him a bath to help cool him down a bit

It's not a fever until it's 100.4 or over in infants. You could take him to the pediatrician or you can continue to give him Tylenol to help him feel better. If he gets worse I would bring him in.
100.2 is actually a very minimal fever for infants because their bodies run warmer. Try some more Tylenol and if it's still going up after that then I would bring him in to get checked out. Hope he feels better soon! Could be teething as well
