I am pro vaccine. After research the risks of the diseases are usually worse than any vaccine side effect and the chances of reaction are slim to none.
Mine has all his shots.... I work in a school and kids need to be vaccinated. I'm sure you can wait, but might as well do it when they don't really understand

Unless your baby is going to be shooting up with a prostitute behind the hospital after he's born you are probably ok waiting until the first dr visit
