So LO has a cough and constant runny nose. No fever and acting fine apart from hacking away at times (whines in sleep from coughing). Anything I can do to help or would it be just allergies or something?

My baby boy is so poorly currently on the way to the hospital because hes got such a bad wheeze and cough! Wish i could take it from him!
