Ugh, not looking forward to today! Specially with all my emotions I've been going through and just having a baby. Today I have to go to my cousins baby's wake and funeral and I just know I'm going to lose it 😔 how do I get through something like this!?!? When I had my daughter Aubriella and she was only a few weeks old I had to go to my friends baby's funeral too and ever since that day almost 5 years ago that's when I developed my panic attacks really bad. It was so that I wouldn't won't to leave my house and I didn't want to send my kids to school but I had to. Oh lord please help me get through this today and help my family.
