Guys, I just saw a thumbnail ( couldn't bring myself to press play) of a baby with a bag over his head, fist clenched and I'm sure was crying his head off. The mom burned him and beat him. My whole body is shaking, all I want to do is hold him and all the other abused kids. I've always thought about fostering, has anyone fostered or adopted?
