Did anyone do the NT (Nuchal Transparency) ultrasound? If yes, what should I expect. My appointment is tomorrow and I've always have the "white coat" syndrome (hate going to the doctor 😒)

It's the same as any abdominal ultrasound :) you usually have to get blood work done before it.
I was reaaalllyyyy nervous for mine, but more for the results. But everything went fine :) it was actually the first time I got to see my baby and I cried, it was a really wonderful experience for me xx

Its just a tummy ultrasound. They take measurements of the baby. All you do is lay there. Usually with a full bladder and slightly uncomfortable lol
