The baby next to my twins in the nicu was discharged today. She was escorted by a social worker and two cops. She's going to a foster mom. I connected with her birth mother while I was here. I know there must've been a reason why she gave her up for adoption but it still makes me sad. It's probably my PP hormones. She was here every day, feeding her and playing with her.
