Day one of detox even though its supposed to be day 2. This is for 7-14 days. Then I start excersize with the food plan change.
Its called the zen diet by jenesse. It's expensive but i'm altering it. I'm not buying the products im just portioning my food. My dietian wanted me to eat like this as well. Its protien,fat and a carb(such as fruit and vegetables) every three hours. Water in between. Also to cut out alot of stuff. Pretty much vegan for the 7-14days.
How are you feeling now? I have a little headache. Achy joints and i feel weird.
