Hi moms I been freaking out abit these passed a couple of days because my daughters face kept getting these little red pimples with isn't a big deal it could be baby acne but just this morning it got worse and it's down to her neck. Not sure if it's allergies?

Baby acne can also show allergic reaction, formula or breastfed??
My cousin had a similar reaction when she was a couple months old . She was allergic to the detergent my grandmother used . Just bring her to the doctor to get her checked out .
That happen to my daughter and when I took her to the doctors they said she had cold and this was the way the cold was leaving her body. They have her antibiotics and the went away with in 24hrs
To me it looks like baby acne. It happens the first two months of life
As long as it's not on her body like this. Our baby had this too.
Their pores are new to dirt and sweat.

Ended up being just baby acne that doctor said with cortisone I'll go away!!
