Has anyone else suffered with really stiff and aching joints after giving birth? Can't even get myself out of bed I'm in…

Oh god 🙈 I've not had chance with it being Easter weekend I'm gonna have to try and get in today it's horrible, can't even have a bath to try and ease it I got told to lay off them for 2 weeks @lucyspear. Xx

@lucyspear. I will do hun gonna phone up as soon as midwives been and gone it was that bad I couldn't even turn towards baby this morning when he was crying I had to force it and made myself scream, and midwife told me not have one for 2 weeks cause I have grazes from labour it could upset xx

I've had tons of stitches and I plan on getting a bath today as a shower isn't cutting it. Rang midwife today and she said a bath Is fine as long as it's literally just water n no soap. Xx

I know the feeling Hun it's horrible:( okay I understand, I had one stitch my midwife said I was able to have a bath xx

My midwife said when I'm washing my bits not to scrub over the stitching just use tapping motions, but other then that enjoy a bubble bath 😍😍 xx
