Seriously spent the last almost 2 hours trying to breastfeed my son and he'll repeatedly latch on and come off. Finally towards the end he would just latch on and cry. So I gave up and my SO gave him a bottle. I just feel so horrible because I just get sooo frustrated while breastfeeding, there's times when we have no problems and then there's times like tonight when I don't know what his problem is and I don't what to do. Now let's just hope he didn't over eat.

Pace feeding helps them not develop a bottle preference and they only need 1-1.25 ounces a hour. I hope everything works out for you! I was so heart broken when I had to feed my daughter formula due to supply issues because of my medicines I am on and her being born early and having latch issues. Don't give up mama!

Try regulating your breathing he and you get frustrated together since babes feel it too. I understand happened to me in beginning. By slow regular breaths he feels like you are calmer then you may feel. Hopefully it gets easier as you go!! Stay strong mama!
