Has anyone had problems with there older kids hitting the baby? Aaliyahs (5 years old) keeps hitting Adalynn (6 months old) for no reason. Is it a form of jealousy?

I know that with babies and kids they do a lot of stuff to see what will happen. Like my son started biting and I would tell him no biting hurts or no that's mean. I would keep it simple. But when she does hit her just tell her not to do it, that it's mean and it hurts. If she continued to do it from there, I'm not sure how you discipline (woopins, timeouts, etc.) do that. If she thinks she can't get away with it she'll keep doing it.
Idk y she's being a brat. They both get a bunch of attention.

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
