Just don't over do it and stress every little thing. Focus on caring for yourself and the kids everything else is extra. The more you are up and about the longer the recovery is going to be. Get your toddler in a strict schedule especially for nap time and no matter what if your newborn is also sleeping you better be sleeping too. Life is easier with a schedule.
I feel for you girl but try not to be too nervous. They can pick up on it plus they are siblings so everything will be okay. It will balance out.
