Sciatica in my left hip is friggin awful

I have it on both and hurts when I lay on each side. 😕

Here here I've got bursitis in both hips, sciatica, scoliosis, and if that's not enough degenerative disc disease lol...I don't sleep I nap a lot 😝

Chiropractor tomorrow. It gets better then worse towards the end of the week @lillyb

I'm sure that will help. I havn't seen one in years since I had a problem with my back they made worse. But I should go cuz my hip tends to go out a lot
